Abstract:
Modem rhythmic gymnastics is characterized by early specialization and "rejuvenation". Considering the competitive activity of the strongest gymnasts, you can see that the technique of performing exercises is constantly becoming more complicated. Therefore, achieving high sports results is impossible without finding new effective approaches to the education of motor abilities and technical training of young gymnasts. The purpose of the study: To develop an effective methodology aimed at educating motor coordination abilities with the impact on vestibular stability of rhythmic gymnastics subjects and training devices in children aged 10-11 years. Scientific novelty: Consists in developing new approaches to the organization of the training process, improving the technique of possession of objects (hoop, clubs), techniques for performing "rotations" and "equilibria"
