The methodology of physical training of female students with the use of fitness means on the basis of taking into account the manifestation of praxis states has been developed, the distinctive features of which are to assess the level of physical qualities and praxis states based on established criteria and reasonable evaluation scales, identifying the correlation relationship between them with the subsequent solution of pedagogical tasks through the use of fitness means aimed at a comprehensive increase in the level of physical qualities and praxis states of female students
