OUTDOOR GAMES AT THE PROCESS OF JUNIOR SCHOOLCHILDREN’SPHYSICAL EDUCATION

Abstract:
We analyzed the indicators of morpho functional development and physical fitness of primary school students under the influence of various ways of outdoor games. Methods and organization of the study. The study was conducted in the 2021-2022 academic year, 254 students in grades 2-3 of Moscow schools took part in it. Characteristics of body length and weight, VC, carpal dynamometry, OGK, SBP and DBP, heart rate at rest, running 30 m and 300 m, standing long jump, throwing the ball, PWC 150 were determined by standard methods. Research results. The results testified to a wide range of scatter of the analyzed indicators for this contingent of schoolchildren. The complex use of physical culture means in the framework of outdoor games more significantly improved the level of physical fitness of students, increased the level of formation of the technique of motor actions, increased interest in physical education classes and improved the state of health
