Abstract:
The article discusses the issues of training specialists in adaptive physical culture (hereinafter referred to as AFC) in higher educational institutions, which are the most important suppliers of human resources in the direction of providing working staff with various components of the AFC sector, determine the main reasons and factors of the instability of the further employment of graduates in the acquired specialty, and Also, which have a significant impact on their level of competence, characterize the most important elements of the preparedness model that determines the quality of the formation of this category of students. This article complements the results of the studies of authors aimed at determining the most problematic aspects of personnel training in the field of adaptive physical education and adaptive sports associated with the existing contradiction between the significance of this process and the mismatch of the quality of the formation of a modern graduate. In their work, the authors based on the analysis and generalization of theoretical material and practical experience, the survey of specialists develop a model of the preparedness of a specialist graduate in AFC, highlighting and characterizing the main problematic sides of the real level of preparedness, as well as determining the most important components of its structure and content
