The article presents the results of the authors' research to identify the psychological and pedagogical conditions necessary to improve the effectiveness of simulator training for professional hockey players. These conditions include: development of technology for the training of hockey players using individual tasks; selection of the most effective exercises for the training of hockey players, taking into account their individual capabilities. Significant conditions are also: justification of the available amount of load for each hockey player during training; creation of a motivating environment in the classroom to maintain the interest of hockey players in training.
