Abstract:
The performance of any professional duties requires a high level of motor skills from an employee of law enforcement agencies, which are necessary for the successful implementation of the tasks assigned to him. In the scientific material, in theoretical aspects, the question of the structure of motor abilities of an employee of power structures in particular and a person in general is considered. The purpose of the study - is to identify and characterize the factors that positively affect the quality of performance by an employee of law enforcement agencies of their professional duties and vital needs. The scientific novelty lies in the development and substantiation of the theory about the structure of the motor abilities of an employee of power structures, the determination of the factors that determine their development and improvement. Conclusions: The factors and their features are determined, a unified approach to understanding the structure of the motor abilities of a law enforcement officer to perform his official duties is revealed
