The state of the research problem: the need to address the topic of education pedagogical paradigms in the Rosgvardiya military institutes is determined by the demands to improve the process of future the National Guard troops officers training. This need has become the most evident since the start of a special military operation in Ukraine involving National Guard troops. The paradigmatic basis of the educational process organization in the Rosgvardiya military institutes has not been the subject of scientific discussions. The purpose of the article: is to find the answer to the questions: what is the pedagogic paradigm of the Rosgvardiya military education, what paradigm dominates in the Rosgvardiya military education today and what paradigm should we focus on? Research results: the concept of "pedagogical paradigm" and the history of its appearance are revealed. The description of pedagogic paradigms that existed in the history of pedagogy is carried out. The possibility of their application to solve the problem of the educational process development in the Rosgvardiya military institutes is analyzed. Conclusions are drawn about: the essence of the pedagogic paradigm of the Rosgvardiya military education (a system of principles, ideas and methods of modeling and research of the officer training); the shortcomings of the polyparadigmatic approach to the organization of the Rosgvardiya military education with the dominance of the rationocentric paradigm; the need to revise paradigmatic views on the educational process in the Rosgvardiya
