The article justifies the need for new approaches to organizing the motor activity of preschoolers as an important component of health saving in the daily mode. Cheerleading is represented by one of the fitness technologies that contribute to the development of physical qualities aimed at maintaining health, the development of personal qualities. The purpose of the study is to create the necessary conditions for the educational space of a preschool institution for the harmonious physical, motor development of preschoolers, strengthening their health by cheerleading, involving physical education and sports in systematic activities. Methods and organization of research. The study was conducted from September 2021 to December 2022 on the basis of kindergartens of the Zheleznodorozhny district of Voronezh. The main research methods are: control tests, pedagogical experiment, mathematical and statistical data processing. The results of the study Analysis of the results obtained during the main pedagogical experiment revealed some general trends in the physical development of children, which further contributed to the successful delivery of GTO standards at this age level. Conclusion. Coordination training in cheerleading places a high level on the physical development of children, learning new movements, and the formation of new motor actions in preschoolers. Motor activity accompanied by musical accompaniment, synchronicity of performed elements, publicity, emotionality of demonstration numbers, physical fitness create favorable prerequisites for the comprehensive development of preschoolers, form a culture of movement in them, and at the same time, introduce them to regular physical education and sports, thereby contributing to the health of the younger generation.
