Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
The main task of mass sports in Russia is to attract the maximum possible number of older people to regular recreational physical education classes. In this regard, the development of effective means and methods of health-conditioning training for people of this age category is becoming increasingly relevant. A characteristic feature of the methodology of wellness training in adulthood is the need for a systemic effect on the body of those involved, both on the functional state and on the mental sphere. Sports games are one of the most popular means of recreational activities of the population in the world.
