ALGORITHM FOR CONSTRUCTING A TRAINING PROCESS IN THE TENNIS SECTION

Abstract:
The article deals with the organization of sectional work at the university on the example of the section on tennis. The purpose of the study was to develop an algorithm for teaching tennis with different levels of technical preparedness of those involved in the section. The developed learning algorithm is universal in that each level of learning has its own tasks and a set of tools and methods, but they are all united by game practice. The authors in the learning process offered tasks by difficulty levels, using methodological techniques: slow balls, smaller courts, simplified rules of the game. The positive dynamics of the results when passing the standards confirmed the working hypothesis that, in addition to mass communication and active leisure, classes in the tennis section, through game practice, develop all muscle groups, improve motor reactions and coordination of movements.
