BUSINESS GAME AS A MEANS OF PREVENTION OF LABOR CONFLICTS IN THE PEDAGOGICAL TEAM

Abstract:
The effectiveness of pedagogical activity is associated with a comfortable educational environment, an integral element of which is the quality of interpersonal relations in the teaching staff. The article presents ways to prevent and minimize conflicts among teachers. Particular attention is paid to the use of business games as the most effective tool with which you can, if not completely eliminate, but significantly reduce disagreements in the teaching staff. The set of measures for preventing conflicts in the teaching staff presented in the article included seminars on educational activities regarding the essence of conflict situations among the teaching staff of educational institutions, as well as a set of business games, thanks to which, according to our forecasts, the level of conflict in the teaching staff should have decreased. To determine the effectiveness of a set of measures, we re-conducted research on interpersonal relationships and the level of conflict. The results of repeated testing confirmed the hypothesis put forward by us at the beginning of the study that holding a business game can help reduce the level of conflict among the teaching staff of an educational institution.
