Introduction. The article identifies the problem of circular training as an effective organizational and methodological form of physical training of athletes. The purpose of the study: to substantiate the influence of classes using the circular training method on the effectiveness of the training process and the development of physical qualities of football players. Methodology and organization of the study: measurements of indicators of the level of physical fitness before and after the period of circular training were carried out. The results of the study and their discussion. The following results can be achieved from the training effect -this is an increase in endurance, strength speed, reaction speed, maximum strength of the athlete. In this case, it is possible to apply such exercises, which are performed at each station for 10-15 seconds, and then there is a break of about a minute. Each exercise is performed several times, from 10 times or more. It was established that the advantage of circular training was that having bypassed all the sports equipment and all the stations, the student receives a versatile load on all muscle groups. This is a unique development of the trainer for the effective solution of the tasks that were set for the students. Therefore, it is important to choose the means and methods that are applicable at this particular moment of training. Conclusions. Thus, the characteristics of circular training suggest that it is possible to apply it widely enough, to carry out a versatile impact on the development of physical fitness, to improve the background of the process of general physical training. The objectives of the circular training are to educate the ability and active independent performance of any exercises by an athlete in order to effectively influence on their athletic qualities and development of the body. Each method of circular training should have a specific goal, which must be achieved during the performance of a set of certain exercises. In connection with this goal, sets of exercises are being developed that will be performed at stations, after which it is possible to evaluate the results before and after execution.
