This article considers the importance of the socio-psychological aspects of management in the sports organization. The relevance of the study is due to the existence of the practice that states that the main resource is primarily a person as a person and the interpersonal relations directly with the collective of the organization. The purpose of the study is: to determine the methods and approaches for the effective functioning of the physical culture and sports organization based on the socio-psychological factors, and to present a number of recommendations to improve the socio-psychological situation in the organization's team. The problem of the study is that few managers realize the value and need in knowing the management of the team and human resources, applying the effective methods of motivating personnel, which are necessary to achieve the goals within any sports organization. In the article, the loyalty of the personnel of the sports organization was assessed. For the analysis, the Organizational Commitment Question method and the assessment of the psychological climate in the organization by using the method of A.F. Fiedler were used. The results obtained are necessary for use in the development of methods for motivating personnel to improve the efficiency of a sports organization.
