Abstract:
The problem of the development of coordination abilities has not yet been sufficiently studied in the domestic theory of physical education, it is superficially stated in textbooks on physical culture and there is very little methodological literature that helps in the training of specialists in arts and culture. The complexity of the motor task is determined by many reasons, including the requirements for consistency of simultaneous and sequential exercise, a sharp increase in the number of precise micro-movements with a shortage of time. And this primarily refers to the degree of development of a person's coordination abilities. The purpose of the research presented in this article is to study non-standard exercises for the development of coordination abilities of students of creative professions. The practical significance of this study lies in the fact that the results of this study create prerequisites for significantly improving the efficiency of the educational process of students of higher educational institutions.
