PLANNING OF PHYSICAL LOADS AT EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING LESSONS FOR THE SPORT SAMBO AT THE STAGE OF INITIAL TRAINING

Abstract:
Introduction. The problem of planning the training process at the initial stage of sports training is particularly relevant due to the fact that in recent years there has been a decrease in the level of motor activity in children and adolescents, but at the same time, creating a contradiction, the requirements for sports training in various sports, including SAMBO, are increasing. The purpose of the study. Analysis of the educational and training process, as well as assessment of the level of physical and functional fitness of boys aged 10-12 years. Methodology and organization of research. Pedagogical supervision of the training activities of 24 SAMBO boys aged 10-12 was carried out to determine the main means that are used in the framework of educational and training activities. To assess the heart rate of those involved, the heart rate monitoring method was used, the assessment of the level of general physical fitness was carried out using generally accepted tests, and the Roufier test was used to assess functional fitness. Mathematical and statistical functions in Microsoft Excel 2019 were used as part of data processing. The results of the study and their discussion. Testing of the physical and functional fitness of male sambo wrestlers aged 10-12 years showed an unsatisfactory level in all the presented tests, which is largely due to the sedentary lifestyle of modern children and adolescents, as well as insufficient inclusion of strength and speed-strength exercises in the educational and training process. The acceleration of the training load has been established, which can potentially lead to a decrease in the functional reserves of the children's body. A methodology for planning physical activity in SAMBO training sessions at the initial training stage has been developed, which is based on optimal planning of the training load in terms of the ratio of training equipment by physiological intensity zones. Conclusions. When planning training sessions for boys aged 10-12, it is necessary to take into account the physiological cost of exercises and regulate rest breaks so that the body can recover between exercises.
