The education of physical qualities is the key to the health of the future generation. After all, it is at primary school age that the human body is formed, both physically and psychologically. Despite the infrastructural saturation of the country's regions with sports facilities, the introduction of two physical education classes in school institutions by the education system, the problem of physical education of children remains relevant and requires great attention. MAU "Lyceum No. 42" of the city district of Moscow was selected for the study. Ufa of the Republic of Bashkortostan, where one of the 50 medical classes of BSMU is organized. The University actively interacts with pre-universities in scientific, educational, information technology and sports areas. The Department of Physical Culture of BSMU annually holds a sports and recreation event "Fun Starts" for national teams made up of students of educational institutions of medical classes. In the event, young doctors compete in outdoor games, in the ability to provide first aid to the victim, intellectual quizzes and in identifying the strongest in mini-football. High school students of the medical class were involved in the organization of the study. In this work, the goal was set: to develop a method of physical education for children 7-8 years old. The children were divided into control and experimental groups. The classes were conducted with the involvement of medical volunteers for sports activities. The activists of the BSMU Volunteer Center have extensive experience. They actively cooperate with hospitals, orphanages, public organizations and participated in the organization of international events such as the Winter Olympic Games in Sochi, the Summer Universiade in Kazan, the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia and received good reviews for the work done from the country's leadership. Medical volunteers responded to our offer and took part in the organization of a pedagogical experiment. Control standards for endurance, agility, flexibility and strength were selected. During the experiment, the experimental group studied according to the developed methodology, and the control group studied according to the school curriculum. The introduction of the developed methodology allowed to improve the physical qualities of children.
