INFLUENCE OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF RELAYS ON PHYSICAL QUALITIES OF HUMANS

Abstract:
The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of different types of relays on physical qualities of humans. The study involved three groups of participants who were subjected to specific relay exercises: running, jumping, and throwing. The physical qualities assessed included strength, endurance, speed, and coordination. The results of the study showed that there were significant differences in the physical qualities among the groups, with the running relay group demonstrating the highest level of endurance and speed, while the throwing relay group showed the highest level of strength and coordination. The findings suggest that different types of relays have unique effects on various physical qualities and can be used as an effective training method for developing specific physical attributes.
