The purpose of the study was to assess the level of physical activity and psychophysical state of teachers of the 2nd period of adulthood. In the course of the study, a questionnaire was compiled and developed, with the help of which we identified the points of interest to us, in particular, regarding the average time spent by teachers at work, the level of physical activity in the workplace and outside working hours, and we also noted unfavorable factors of labor activity and factors that affect the psycho-emotional state of teachers. This article presents some results of the survey, teachers of nine structural divisions of SibGUFK took part in the survey. Thus, in the course of the study, we determined that the majority of teachers participating in the survey are dissatisfied with their physical condition (body proportions, body weight, functional indicators, health), physical activity, psycho-emotional state, etc. In this regard, we recommend to properly organize the motor activity of teachers of the second period of adulthood, which will prevent various disorders that occur in the body and maintain its reserve capabilities. This is due to the fact that physical activity normalizes the activity of almost all organs and systems of the body.
