The article considers topical issues of changing the planning of the educational process in the period of distance learning. An increase in physical activity due to the implementation of complexes, an increase in interest in physical culture and health-improving activities and motivation of female students. During the pandemic, students spent a lot of time in a static position. The proposed form of classes, in physical culture and sports and elective courses, had a positive effect on physical activity and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The students gained tremendous experience in the passage of educational material, independently completing all the proposed classes, in accordance with the developed programs of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education.
