TO THE QUESTION OF THE INFLUENCE OF THE SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL CLIMATE ON THE EFFICIENCY OF THE STUDENTS' LEARNING PROCESS

Abstract:
This article discusses the role of the influence of the socio-psychological climate on the process of forming students' self-organization skills. To assess the level of the psychological climate of the team, the method of A. N. Lutoshkin was used, which is aimed at studying the degree of favorableness of being in the team. The level of formation of self-organization skills was assessed by using the questionnaire by A. D. Ishkov “Diagnostics of the features of self-organization”. As a result of the survey, it was found that students have a high degree of favorability of being in a team, the majority of the studied students, which is 57%, showed a low or medium low level of development of self-organization skills.
