The article provides an analysis of the formation of a healthy lifestyle for students of a pedagogical university, nutrition and physical activity. The health of students, as a special social group, has always been given great attention. The most important factors affecting human health are physical activity and nutrition. Of no small importance is the long stay of students within the walls of an educational institution, the prevailing stereotype of family meals, and national traditions. It has been scientifically proven that an unbalanced diet, in addition to having a negative impact on health, negatively affects the assimilation of educational material by students and, therefore, affects the results of the educational process. In addition, a sedentary lifestyle, which has become a habit for many, which contributes to the emergence of various kinds of diseases. In this regard, the purpose of this work was to study the nutritional characteristics and motor activity of students of the Bashkir Pedagogical University named after. M. Akmulla.
