Introduction. The presence of visual pathology leads to difficulty in spatial orientation, delays the formation of motor skills, leads to a decrease in motor and cognitive activity. The solution of these problems is possible with the help of inclusive sports activities. The presence of visually impaired adolescents in an inclusive training process has a positive effect not only on their physical fitness, but also on the social adaptation of this contingent. These training activities teach sighted teenagers to naturally perceive and tolerate human differences, form their readiness for mutual assistance and support. Methodology and organization of the study. In this study, we used the following methods: literature review; pedagogical observation; pedagogical experiment; pedagogical testing and methods of mathematical statistics. In our experimental study were 30 adolescents from 15 to 17 years (20 participants have visual impairment and 10 participants were guides). The results of the study. This article presents an experimental method of the initial stage of sports training of adolescents with visual impairment in triathlon (blind sports) according to an inclusive program. The dynamics of morphofunctional indicators of the body, indicators of psychomotor development, the level of general and special physical fitness in adolescents with visual impairment of the control and experimental groups, as well as a comparison of indicators of the level of special physical fitness between blind subjects of the experimental group and guides are presented. Conclusion. The results of the pedagogical experiment prove the need to develop inclusive sports training programs and increase attention to the sports disciplines of the blind, requiring the participation of guides.
