The purpose of the study is to substantiate the Concept of the development of educational and methodological support (UMO) of the learning process in the digital educational space of the university. The problem of the functioning of the educational and methodological complex (UMC) in the construction of an individual educational trajectory of students of the military training center (VUC) is solved. The results of the survey of students of the University on the use of UMK resources, the dynamics of development are presented. The systematic use of the UMK in the conditions of digitalization of the university has been experimentally confirmed. The theoretical and methodological significance of the study lies in the formation of the concept of the development of UMO, diagnostic methodology and approaches to evaluation using digital tools. The practical significance is determined by the effectiveness of the functioning of the UMK based on the results of the analysis of the automated data accounting of the Information and Educational Resources Management (UIR) of the university
