The article analyzes an experimental study aimed at studying the functional development of cadets with the help of personification in the dosing of motor activities. It is emphasized that prolonged mental instability of cadets can worsen the state of health, form a sense of distrust and self-doubt, negatively affect the development of the training program. As the main factors determining the high efficiency of training, the authors note the influence of the developed training complexes on the physical quality of cadets. At the same time, considering that the quality of health is the most important factor of success in the service and combat activities of future professionals, the study of personality when dosing the cadet's motor activity is an urgent problem
