FEATURES OF THE DYNAMICS OF THE MORPHOFUNCTIONAL STATE OFFEMALE STUDENTS DURING SWIMMING LESSONS
Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
Currently, school and student maladaptation is being actively studied, which is formed under the influence of unfavorable learning conditions and the lifestyle of students. Physical education classes are of great importance in the formation and maintenance of health and are aimed at correcting unfavorable conditions of the body. The variety of forms of physical education opens up wide opportunities for choosing one or another type of physical activity, but also has a different effect on the functions of the body. The purpose of this article was to study the dynamics of the morphofunctional state of female students during swimming lessons. The assessment of the morphofunctional state of female students was carried out before and after a cycle of swimming classes (3 classes per week for 3 weeks). Swimming classes were held for 45 minutes. They included a warm-up (free swimming for 5 minutes); swimming exercises with hand and foot work, diving exercises; the final part, including elements of aqua aerobics and outdoor games on the water. The work was attended by 15 second-year students of the direction of training "Pedagogical education"; education with two profiles: physical education and education in the field of BZHD. The following research methods were used: anthropometry, bioimpedance, rheography, dynamometry, bicycle ergometry, questionnaire. To assess the physiological cost of work in swimming classes, the concentration of lactate in capillary blood was determined, and the heart rate (HR) was measured in the subjects. As a result of the research, the physiological characteristics of swimming lessons were obtained: the average lactate concentration in female students was 2.7 mmol/l; the maximum heart rate was 169 beats/min, the average heart rate was 130 beats/min. Swimming lessons led to a slight decrease in weight and muscle mass; a positive change in the indicators of static stability and mood in the participants of the experiment
