Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
The paper considers the means of physical training used for the development of physical qualities through personification when dosing the motor activity of cadets, namely the use of exercises with external weights. It is proposed that the effectiveness of physical development is achieved by implementing any training technique and is impossible without repeatedly performing certain movements (motor actions). The most important of them is the requirement to combine in a certain sequence of classes held during the school day, while each lesson is conducted with an emphasis on the development of individual physical qualities. Endurance exercises should be performed on days when other activities are not planned
