The activity of pedagogical workers is quite complex both in form and content. Stimulating the work of such workers will not only provide staff for the pedagogical process, but also motivate them for further development. This article discusses the material incentives for the activities of teachers, in particular, the so-called effective contract. The purpose of the study is to analyze the current incentive system for teaching staff of the Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University.
