EFFECTIVE DIGITAL CONTENT IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION CLASSES OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

Abstract:
This investigation devoted to analysis of the experience of using effective digital content in physical education classes of students. The information collected in scientific databases: Web of Science Core Collection, Scopus (Elsevier), Springer, PubMed (NCBI, PMC) and by the questioning of physical education teachers. Results shown that experts consider flipped learning, the use of popular social networks and mobile applications, video-modeling and omnidirectional circular image (360° video) to be the most effective digital content. In most cases, Russian universities using the potential of popular social networks and various multimedia content in physical education classes
