Abstract:
The article presents the data of an expert survey on the study of the values of the heads of sports organizations contributing to the effective solution of project tasks. The ranking of significant professional values is aimed at choosing new approaches and methods in professional education, creating guidelines for training future managers of the sports industry, in order to update and implement project activities in the educational process of bachelors. A step-by-step translation of the necessary professional values into the educational process is proposed through the use of already used (traditional methods) and innovative teaching methods (developing (game) and active (interactive) teaching methods)
