PEDAGOGICAL MODELING TECHNOLOGY FOR COMPETITIVE ACTIVITY IN ATHLETICS FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH MUSCULOSKELETAL DISORDERS
Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
The purpose of the study is to develop and test a pedagogical modeling technology for competitive activity in athletics for individuals with musculoskeletal disorders. Research methods and organization. The following methods were used: analysis of specialized domestic and foreign scientific literature; surveys of athletes and coaches based on a developed questionnaire; practical and theoretical testing; psychological testing; assessment of the functional state of athletes; modeling of competitive activity; ascertaining pedagogical experiment; formative pedagogical experiment; and mathematical statistics methods. During the study, a four‑stage pedagogical modeling technology for competitive activity was developed and subsequently implemented in the training of athletes. Ascertaining and formative experiments were carried out. An analysis of competitive activity was performed. Research results and conclusions. A four‑stage pedagogical modeling technology for competitive activity in athletics disciplines for individuals with musculoskeletal disorders was developed. During the implementation of the developed technology in the disciplines under study, an improvement in sports results at major competitions was revealed, and the results of pedagogical tests assessing the level of special physical fitness under conditions of using the competitive method were improved.
