The purpose of the study is to develop and experimentally verify the effectiveness of a set of preventive measures for injury prevention among adolescents in physical education classes. Research methods: analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, questionnaires, pedagogical experiment, mathematical statistics methods. Research results and conclusions. The experiment confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed set of preventive measures. In the experimental group, a significant increase was achieved in all three blocks of the questionnaire: knowledge of safety rules, attitudes towards safety, and the ability to act in dangerous situations. The developed set of measures can be recommended to physical education teachers as a means of injury prevention and fostering conscious safe behavior among secondary school students.
