ON THE ISSUE OF THE ATTITUDE OF SPORTS UNIVERSITY STUDENTS TO THE USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES AND COMPUTER NEURAL NETWORKS IN EDUCATION

Abstract:
One of the threats determined by the development of digital technologies is the use of artificial intelligence technologies, which, for example, does not contribute to students’ mastery of the educational program, but only creates the appearance of mastered knowledge. One of the tasks of our research and practical work is an attempt to prepare students - future professionals - to carry out professional activities in the context of the increasing pace of digitalization and expansion of cyber pedagogy technologies. For example - when students generate texts in computer neural networks, passing them off as their own in «leave me alone, teacher» style. In the article we analyze the results of a survey of students conducted to study some of the features of their ideas about the prospects of interaction with artificial intelligence technologies and computer neural networks in the educational process. The survey involved 67 students of 1,2, 3 years of secondary vocational education and higher education aged from 17 to 28 years old of the training profiles «Sports Coach», «Sports Training in Children’s and Youth Sports», «Adaptive Physical Culture and Adaptive Sports», «Restaurant Activities», «Hotel Activities». Result of the our research approved, that students need more information about AI and computer neural networks. We think, that we must to design and implement a program for the formation of digital knowledge, meta-skills, skills and competencies among students of sports universities, which they need to effectively master the educational program and productively carry out professional activities in the conditions of digitalization in the future
