The article is devoted to one of the most important indicators of young athletes' readiness for training activities in team sports - coordination. The concept of coordination includes both maintaining balance during a sharp change in speed or direction of movement, and the ability to act rhythmically, and relaxing those muscles whose work is not required at the moment. In the process of training, young athletes develop the ability to correctly perform complex techniques without unnecessary loss of physical strength and time. All this is due to the accumulation of a base of various motor skills. The article presents exercises for the development of coordination skills that can be useful for children's coaches in various sports
