REDUNDANCY AND INSUFFICIENCY IN PRACTICE CHILDREN 'S AND YOUTH SPORTS
Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
The necessary and sufficient semantic characteristics of the concepts of redundancy, insufficiency, motor abilities are considered, the logical relationship of these concepts and the implementation of this relationship in the training process in the chosen sport are established. On the basis of testing, statistical processing of the obtained data using variational, correlational analyzes and the method of the total indicator, motor abilities with redundancy and insufficiency in development in 10-11-year-old beginner athletes were identified, and the degree of interconnection and mismatch between them was established. When analyzing correlations, chains of relationships were determined that characterize the intra-age variability - typology -of the motor development of beginner athletes, which is the main condition for the individualization of the training process based on the leading motor ability (with redundancy in development). The location in the structure of the physical potential of beginner athletes of indicators of insufficiently developed motor abilities and the strength of the connection (or its absence) with the indicators of the leading ability make it possible to predict their impact on sports results and, taking this into account, determine their place (and functions) in the training process
