The essential problems are analyzed, taking into account the availability of stick handling techniques with the motor complex of hockey players aged 11-12, it is revealed that today the majority of hockey players have a different motor complex. A technique has been developed for improving the technique of throwing the puck for hockey players aged 11-12, taking into account the motor set. The method includes 5 lessons, which take no more than 30 minutes in the main parts of the lessons (6 minutes per lesson). The novelty of the means lies in the fact that the exercises were performed on the weaker side of the athlete in difficult conditions (with the use of weights). It has been proven that the introduction of the methodology into the training process of young hockey players improves the quantitative and qualitative indicators of puck throws
