The Federal State Educational Standard for Basic General Education provides for the implementation of an education program not only through classroom activities, but through extracurricular activities, which are very closely related. The purpose of the study was to identify and describe the types and forms of organization of extracurricular activities of schoolchildren in mathematics. The practical significance of the study lies in the description of the forms of organization of extracurricular activities for mathematics students. The article also presents the results of a survey of mathematics teachers aimed at identifying the forms and types of organization of extracurricular activities in mathematics in their professional activities
