Abstract:
Ensuring the necessary level of professional and applied physical fitness of students in universities of the Ministry of Emergency Situations requires a constant search for new approaches that combine the potential of various scientific areas. The authors, relying on the results of psychological studies of the process of formation of motor skills and their skills to operate in various settings, justify ways to increase the effectiveness of the pedagogical process in universities. The data given in the work indicate that the developed experimental technique effectively provides both an increase in the quality of the formation of vocational and applied motor skills in students of universities, and the ability to use them in extreme situations that take place in professional activities
