Introduction. The formation of soft-skills offers teachers a way to develop deep thinking, involving the hearts and minds of modern students. Teachers take an important leadership role in the process, while students study topics purposefully and flexibly. The formation of soft-skills provides many opportunities to evaluate students' ideas, encourage their creativity, develop their interests and meet their learning needs. The purpose of the study: to analyze the features of the formation of soft-skills of students. The results of the study and their discussion. The formation of soft-skills allows you to experience a variety of activities, during which such necessary skills and abilities are formed. The formation of soft-skills is an opportunity to create a situation of success, both personal and collective, and such success gives self-confidence, stimulates activity, promotes self-development and improvement. Conclusions. The study showed that the formation of soft-skills in the centers of additional education is really relevant and effective. The formation of soft-skills gives the student the opportunity to experiment, synthesize knowledge, develop creative abilities and communication skills, which will allow the student to successfully adapt to society
