Abstract:
The article examines one of the current trends in the field of education - the individual educational trajectory (IOT) and analyzes the experience of its formation in the system of secondary vocational education on the example of Amur State University. We conducted a study in which we interviewed students and teachers of the Faculty of Secondary Vocational Education of AmSU. The theoretical and practical significance of the work lies in the fact that this article examines the experience of IOT formation among students of the Faculty of Secondary Vocational Education of AmSU, as well as analyzes the results of sociological surveys on the educational needs of students of secondary vocational education in building an individual educational trajectory and the role of the class teacher in the formation of IOT students. It seems that this analysis can be useful in developing mechanisms for the formation of IOT in the educational process in the future. Individual educational trajectory (IOT) is a conscious and responsible choice by a student to realize his professional and educational potential in accordance with the established values, attitudes and meanings of life
