This article discusses aspects of the restoration of the psycho-emotional sphere in people who have a psycho-emotional trauma. The model developed by the author is presented, which reflects the novelty of the work, which allows creating external conditions for improving the psycho-emotional state of this contingent of individuals. The model is based on the use of means of adaptive physical culture: game and dance-motor physical exercises, music therapy and film therapy, with the help of which festive events are organized, where game and dance-motor events take place in a friendly and active form, increasing the psycho-emotional background and emotional intelligence, which increases the individual's ability to stress resistance. Also, participation in these events dictate the self-manifestation of the individual against the background of an increase in their social activity, develop sociability and teach them to form a personal positive mood as dominant in life, reflecting the processes of restoration of the psycho-emotional sphere
