Abstract:
The article presents an analysis of the results of psychological diagnostics of pedagogical abilities of teachers of military universities of technical and humanitarian profile. The authors studied the following pedagogical abilities of teachers: empathy, reflexivity, communication, perceptual-interactive competence. The following psychodiagnostic tools were used: the methodology "Diagnostics of the level of empathy" (author I.M. Yusupov); the methodology "Diagnostics of reflection" (author A.V. Karpov); the methodology "Diagnostics of communicative and organizational inclinations "KOS-2" (authors V.V. Sinyavsky and B.A. Fedorishin); a modified version of the methodology "Diagnostics of perceptual-interactive competence" (author N.P. Fetiskin). The primary processing of the results of the study was carried out using a software package for data processing "STATISTICA-9.0". To determine the statistical significance of the intergroup differences in the mean values, the Student's t-distribution criterion was used. In the course of an empirical study, it was found that the pedagogical abilities of teachers of military universities are developed differently among teachers of technical and humanitarian profile. Knowledge of the specific features of the development of pedagogical abilities of teachers of military universities will allow us to develop and implement a program of their psychological and pedagogical support in the educational process and optimize psychological work with them in a timely manner
