Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
This article presents the most common list of special preparatory exercises on combat techniques of wrestling used in the educational process of cadets, students and trainees in the disciplines: "Physical training", "Physical culture", "Elective disciplines in physical culture and sports". The scientific novelty of the research results lies in the fact that this list of exercises can be modified depending on age, gender and level of physical fitness. The practical significance of the research results suggests the use of these sets of exercises in the training of employees, regardless of their position, age, gender and level of physical fitness
