Abstract:
Introduction. Distance learning technologies allow for a completely different way to organize effective and efficient interaction of learning subjects, competently build an education system within which the student will occupy the position of an active and equal participant in modern educational activities. The purpose of the study: to analyze the problem of distance education at the present stage and to identify the role of a systematic approach in the work of a teacher in the conditions of distance education. The results of the study and their discussion. the experience of implementing distance learning based on computer telecommunications in universities shows that Russian teachers - professionals in the subject area - lack knowledge in the field of information technology. Conclusions. The main task is to involve teachers in a new methodology, which is based on changing the nature of the relationship between teachers and students. This is especially important because the student is given the greatest freedom in the distance learning system
