Tennis requires an athlete to show not only outstanding physical qualities, but also high concentration of attention for a long time, quick reaction and operational thinking, game intuition and strong will. The study was conducted on the basis of the Tennis Academy. 20 athletes were selected and divided into two groups with the results as close to each other as possible. For the experimental group, 3 sets of exercises were developed and applied, each set was applied a day before training. Control - was coached according to the plan of the academy. In both groups, the following tests were carried out: "measuring the speed of motor reaction", "throwing a stuffed ball", "mobility in the shoulder joint", "shuttle running "6x6 m". Errors were also monitored during the games. The results, at the beginning of the pedagogical experiment, testified to the relatively identical physical fitness of the control and experimental groups involved. The data obtained made it possible to trace changes in the indicators of physical fitness of tennis players during the study period. An intergroup analysis of the results showed the effectiveness of the proposed sets of exercises aimed at educating the physical qualities of tennis players. They showed how the number of unforced errors from the summer and strikes from the back line were approximately the same, and the indicators of cleanly won balls from the back line and balls at the net of the experimental and control groups were identical at the beginning of the experiment. The results at the end of the experiment in the control group remained virtually unchanged. In the experimental group, the number of unforced errors significantly decreased and the number of cleanly won balls increased. Conclusions. According to the tasks set during the experiment, it can be said that the actions of a highly qualified tennis player are characterized by boundless variability, carried out in an unexpectedly changing game environment. The complexity of physical exercises increased due to changes in spatial, temporal and dynamic parameters, combining motor skills. It follows from the above results that significantly significant differences were identified in all the tests performed above. This makes it possible to assume that the improved sets of exercises aimed at educating the physical qualities of tennis players are effective
