Abstract:
The objective necessity of a modern university is the development of students' communicative qualities, which are assessed as important components of their readiness for successful personal and professional activities. The main purpose of this work is to identify the level of formation of the culture of interpersonal communication among students of 1-3 courses. A study conducted using the methodology of V.F. Ryakhov-sky showed that the majority of students are sociable, these are 35% of respondents with an average and above average level of sociability, as well as 59% with a high and very high level of sociability. The communicative culture of students increases from course to course. Most 1st year students are sociable, sometimes even over the top, short-tempered and insufficiently patient. 2nd and 3rd year students are distinguished by a high culture of interpersonal communication, which is expressed in the ability to listen and express their thoughts and feelings
