SYNCHRONIZED SWIMMING AS A MEANS OFPREVENTION AND PREVENTION OF INGUINAL LIGAMENT INJURIES DURING BREASTSTROKE SWIMMING
Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
When swimming, as in any kind of sport, there are professional injuries. In tennis, for example, an elbow is a "tennis player's elbow", in arm wrestling, an injury of the ulnar collateral ligament. Injuries that occur during swimming are classified as injuries associated with overstrain or improper biomechanics. During the performance of breaststroke movements by an athlete with his legs, a swimmer can most likely get an injury to the inguinal ligament, which will eventually lead to retirement from the full-fledged training process for a long time. In swimming, one of the key preparatory moments is the "warming up" and "stretching" of all muscle groups involved in a particular style. Using synchronists' preparatory exercises in the preparatory part of sports swimming will help to significantly reduce the injury of athletes
