The result of competitive activity in fencing with swords is the number of accurate attacking blows during a duel. Technical and tactical skills are honed over the years and with constant practical experience. The skill of a swordsman lies in the ability to fight a duel with a sharp change in intensity. An important factor is the level of functional fitness of the athlete, because there is a close relationship between the level of special training and technical and tactical behavior in competitions that are extreme. Control and test studies were conducted, including three series of standard repetitive tactical tasks for three minutes and 60 attacking injections performed in different parts of the enemy's torso. The results gave reason to believe that the accuracy of attacking injections is closely related to their special endurance and serves as a subtle indicator of the impact of training and competitive loads. At the same time, the greatest effect is brought by specialized training effects of an extreme nature, modeling competitive activity
