The health of the population is a priority task of the state and, in this regard, specialists are searching for effective means and methods of physical education. Currently, the most popular wellness system is fitness, based on various types of motor activity. In order to reduce the loss of muscle mass of the body and the development of strength abilities, the power direction is popular among men, in particular classes with the weight of their own body. The article presents a method of physical fitness classes for men aged 40-45 years on the basis of TRX suspension loops and proves its effectiveness
