The article discusses the developed training system for the development of cold resistance among cadets of a military engineering university during the educational process under the influence of low-temperature aquathermal exposure. The purpose of the study is to describe the dynamics of the general physical and emotional state, objective and subjective feelings among cadets of a military engineering university on the influence of low-temperature aquathermal exposure. The course of cold resistance development includes several stages of the training process. When describing the results of the study, it was revealed that during the development of cold resistance, there is a gradual decrease in sensitivity to cold
