Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
The problem of self-regulation and motivation of young teachers at the stage of professional adaptation is one of the most important today. The article presents the results of studying the styles of selfregulation among young teachers in relation to the motivational factors of professional activity. To conduct the study, the following methods were used: The questionnaire «Style of self-regulation of behavior» by VI. Morosanova and the Methodology of the motivational profile of the personality of Sh. Richie and P. Martin. The results and data analysis showed that the level of self-regulation, the components of self-regulation are interrelated with the motivational factors of professional activity
